About
A pre-med student writing down the conversations that have shaped her.
Three questions, three answers — about who I am, what Psychverse is, and why it exists.
Who
I'm a pre-med student drawn to the stories that shape people.
Hi, I'm Shivani Nimmagadda, a second year pre-medical student. I have a deep curiosity about people and the experiences that shape who they become. I've always been drawn to meaningful conversations and the unique perspectives that emerge from different walks of life, believing that every person has a story worth understanding. My goal is to explore those stories with openness, curiosity, and empathy.
Whether through psychology, medicine, or everyday conversations, I'm passionate about learning from the diverse experiences that connect us as human beings. I hope to continue growing this project throughout my journey in medicine, using it as a way to learn from others while sharing the perspectives that shape my own understanding of people. My hope is that these conversations encourage curiosity, empathy, and a deeper appreciation for the complexity of the human experience.
What
Psychverse began with a simple curiosity about people.
PsychVerse was created from a curiosity about people and the experiences that shape who they become. I believe every conversation has the potential to offer a new perspective and deepen our understanding of one another. Through listening to others, I hope to better understand the stories that influence how people see the world.
Why
It exists to capture the perspectives behind the work.
This project exists to capture those perspectives through thoughtful conversations with psychologists, physicians, researchers, and other professionals whose work centers on people. Rather than focusing only on expertise, PsychVerse explores the stories, lessons, and experiences that have shaped the way they understand others and the world around them. As this project grows, I hope to continue these conversations throughout my journey in medicine and beyond while encouraging curiosity, empathy, and a deeper appreciation for the human experience.
